Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION National Neuroscience Institute has an opening for Research Technologist involving projects on models of neurodegenerative diseases.
The Research Technologist will play a supportive function to the operations of the lab which includes lab housekeeping, performing experiments as well as administration tasks. A highly motivated, hardworking, responsible, conscientious person who possesses good working ethics is needed. Candidates should be able to work independently and have excellent writing, oral and interpersonal communication expertise to assist in ensuring compliance with schedules of evaluation and continuation of follow-up by study subjects.
Requirements: » Diploma in Biological Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical or related disciplines.
» At least 1-2 years of significant working practice is preferred.
» Prior practices in sample dissection and immunohistochemistry will be an added advantage
» Excellent Information technology and organisational expertise.
» Excellent communications and interpersonal expertise.
