Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The Executive (RISPACS) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), handling change requests, system upgrade, enhancement, data extraction, audit and implementation of various systems.
Job Description Systems Maintenance:
» Maintenance and support of the Radiological Information System (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Information technology System within the department
» Maintenance and troubleshoot connectivity issues between modalities, RIS and PACS, IT-related matters.
» Assists in documentation of workflow and training materials for RIS and PACS Project Management
» Assist project in IT/RISPACS prospective for new imaging services
» Conduct UAT for change requests and project implementation
» Collaborate with teams for change requests, system enhancement or system upgrade in RIS and PACS. Audit, Research and Data Analytics
» Assist internal or external auditor on Information technology equipment.
» Provide documentation and data extraction related to audit, in collaboration with other teams.
» Analyse data from RIS and PACS for performance and workflow enhancement.
» Assist in providing statistics and data extraction of various systems for the department. Others
» Any other tasks assigned Job Requirement
» Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
» practice in Radiography is an added advantage
