Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The Challenges
The incumbent shall be responsible to:
» Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure
» Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events
» Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks
» Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labor The Requirements
» Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage
» At least 3 years’ significant practice in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
» Good team player, capability to work as a team
» Good interpersonal expertise.
