Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION (Regional Health System Office)
As a Senior adjunct Manager (Community Health), you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of community screening programmes. This will include active engagement with the Constituencies and Community Stakeholders to meet the programme KPIs.
Job Job responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of community health screening events
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of data to the significant authorities
- Analyse screening database and initiate appropriate follow up actions
- Provide leadership abilities and guidance to the community screening team in achieving corporate key targets
- contact with community partners in rolling out health screening programmes
- Develop and implement publicity plans for community health screening programmes
Job Requirements: - Good degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of working practice of which 2 years in a managery function
- Able to work on weekend (approximately 1-2 times a month)
- practice in Event and/or Project Management is required
- practice in marketing will be an added advantage
- Good communication expertise and able to interact with people from all levels
- practice in the Singapore healthcare system and/or expertise of integrated care models will be advantageous
