Develop technical solution of Robotics Process Automation for the Commercial Excellence business group.
What You Do: » Responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of RPA bots/scripts in Gleematic that will interact with multiple third-party applications.
» Requirement gathering, analysis, designing and implementation of RPA solutions and process workflows to contribute with the reduction of cycle times and increase accuracy for Sales Support and Customer Excellence teams
» Manage documents including: Process design, technical solutions, etc.
» Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software.
» Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
» Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.
» Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
» Works with other stakeholders to understand requirements/contexts, define according solution and translate into solution model inputs.
Who you are: » Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or significant qualification.
» 1 to 2 years of professional practice in programming including scripting / coding.
» knowledge of RPA infrastructure setup
» Good knowledge of robotics implementation using RPA Tools
» Prior practice managing RPA applications.
» Interest in RPA solutions and functionalities.
» Exposure on Robotic Process Automation tools such as Gleematic would be advantages
» Excellent communication expertise to contact with stakeholders from different levels of seniority, technical and non-technical.
