Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The Health Visitor (Anchor) will provide home visitations, support and counsel services to children who have been abused and/or neglected or at risk of the same. He/She will deliver holistic family-centred care to the children and family through early identification of needs of the child and family and prompt interventions, timely referrals and coordination of care with the community agencies. He/She will focus on child health, development and mental wellness, as also supporting the families through advice on developmental-centered parenting, parent-child interaction and family wellbeing.
Job Requirements » Degree in Nursing/Social work/Early childhood preferred.
» At least 3 years of significant practice.
» A team player with good interpersonal and communication expertise.
» Good listening expertise is essential.
» Have strong initiative to drive self and others towards achieving Anchor goals.
» Willing to travel within Singapore to execute home visits.
