Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The prosperous candidate is to support and assist the Project Director in representing NCCS in the building of the new NCCS building which will be the first of its kind in Singapore. He/she will work with internal stakeholders ,users and building consultants to ensure the requirements are met and carried out effectively and efficiently from construction to building completion.
Job responsibilities: » Review and check construction drawings
» Track outstanding items and timelines
» contact with Users and Building Consultants for information
» Follow up and close outstanding issues from Users and Building Consultants
» Update of reports on meetings with Users and Consultants and able to manage meeting minutes taking
» Handle outstanding issues and provide solutions
» Participate and contribute to team discussions
Requirements: » Degree holder with 3 years of practice in project management or building construction related works
» Able to read construction drawings
» Able to multitask and possess excellent organisization skill
» Excellent interpersonal expertise to manage all levels
» Independent and team player
» Proficient in MS Office Suite
