In this function, you will take charge of the full spectrum of the company’s administration by providing all necessary administrative services and support to facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the company's administration.
Job Job responsibilities:
» Assist engineers to consolidate monthly servicing reports from all Field Service Team Leaders for monthly billing.
» Provide logistic support to Customer Support Team Leaders and Distributors.
» Work closely with all suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
» Maintain all records for inventories control.
» Support Managers to ensure department targets are met.
» Ensure timely delivery of all purchase orders from Team Leaders and Distributors.
» Uphold company procedures correctly including: record keeping and filing, CRM processes, raising service orders and following queries.
» Responsible for answering the phone first within the department and directing calls as appropriate.
» Work closely with team members to be effective in helping reduce the return figures, meet paperwork targets, and constantly improve customer service.
» Be a pivotal member of the Customer Support Department team enabling the department to reach and exceed clearly set targets.
» Keep up consistantly high levels of customer service.
» Spread positivity and motivation in your approach, providing support to all within the Service Teams as well as the Customer Support Manager and adjunct Managers.
Position Requirements: » Minimum with Nitec or higher qualification or equivalent in years of similar practice.
» Required Special Skills: typing, legible handwriting, supply chain expertise, customer service, communication.
» Required language(s): English- written and verbal.
» At least 2 years of working practice in the related field would be advantageous for this position.
» Full-Time position(s) available.This position is located in Tampines, Singapore. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
