Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
1) Coordinate with customers on all customer service related issues
2) Coordinate on Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process
3) Work with operations department to ensure shipments are processed in conformity to cut-off time established
4) contact with transport company for pick-up and delivery
5) Generation of delivery order
6) Update POD to systems
7) Compiles import and export documents
Job Requirements: 1) At least 2 years of practice in similar capacity
2) PC literate
