Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The corporate communications (CC) division at A*STAR showcases the organisation???s R&D collaborations and results, maintaining its visibility in a fast-paced media landscape. We communicate how our discoveries translate into significant results for the public, industry and scientific community through a dynamic, multi-channel approach.
As a member of this team, you will play a function in publicising stories, both through media and A*STAR???s digital platforms. You will ensure A*STAR???s public narratives reflect messaging and publicity objectives, and will work with multiple stakeholders to achieve visibility and positive mindshare for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities ?? Develop and execute integrated communications plans to promote A*STAR???s excellent science, industry innovation, and interesting talent, to grow mindshare and generate positive engagement among key target audiences.
?? Craft material for a variety of publicity platforms, not limited to: mainstream media pitches, social media posts, branding collateral (internal/external), thought leadership abilities articles.
?? Provide counsel on branding and messaging matters to both internal and external stakeholders
?? Track and report significant metrics to optimise communications plans and performance.
?? Manage multiple stakeholders for win-win publicity results.
Requirements » Education background in communications, business, marketing, English, or equivalent
» At least two years of significant in-house or agency practice in areas such as digital and interactive media platforms, journalism, media relations, marketing communications, branding, or internal communications,
» Strong capability to engage internal and external stakeholders,
» Excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation expertiseets, as well as people engagement expertise
» Self-motivated, resourceful and a good team player
