Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Security agent
The Senior/ Security agent is responsible for providing 24 hours security for patients/ staff / doctors and general public in the Hospital’s premises.
Job Description » Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to ensure the security, safety and wellbeing of all patients/staff/ doctors and general public.
» Investigate and report all security breaches and building defects immediately.
» Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to patients/ staff/ doctors and general public when required.
» Control traffic by directing drivers/ SCDF agents when applicable.
» Assist in maintaining orderly parking of vehicles in hospital premises.
» Able to investigate and deal with conflict situations that occur within the hospital premises in an appropriate manner.
» Plan and deploy team members in supporting the hospital operations
Job Requirements » Possess at least Secondary School education
» Possess valid Police License Regulatory Department (PLRD) license
» 2 – 3 years of significant working practice
» Physically fit and able to execute 3 rotating shift (7 hours per shift, 6 days/week).
» Require to work on weekends & public holidays
