JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and design of Mechanical & Electrical services drawings for commercial, healthcare, industrial developments, residential and infrastructure projects
- Preparation of submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval
- Prepare all Mechanical & Electrical tender/submission drawings in 3D using Revit software
- Coordinates with other services/discipline for clash detection
Requirements: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with experience in design of Building Services
- Relevant working experience in mechanical & electrical services design
- Familiar with Code of Practice & Authorities submission procedure
- Proficient in 3D modelling using Revit, Naviswork & ACAD software
