Job Description You will assist the Clinic Operations team to review and design workflows to improve overall patient experience in the clinics. This includes updating of existing procedures and processes and conducting operations review. In addition, you are required to manage the drafting of standard operating procedures of the clinics, as well as collate the department key performance indicators statistics. In addition, you will assist in department administration matters such as coordinating of meetings and minutes taking.
Job Requirements Requirements: A recognized University Degree
Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, preferably in healthcare setting
Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Executive post
Analytical, resourceful and able to work in a team environment
Able to be deployed to work in any SingHealth Polyclinics based on operational requirements
