Real Staffing Group is working in partnership with a European Pharmaceutical Organisation that is looking to establish and expand its business. As the Regional Head of Digital & E-commerce you will be leading, driving and developing overall Digital media, content and E-Commerce strategy across all brands within the Consumer space.
Key responsibilities in the role are as follows:
- Lead social/digital content, Media and E-Commerce across all categories and brands
- Driving innovation for the full year digital media plan
- Lead the development of engaging consumer content required for Web, E-Commerce (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc. ), Social Media, E-Newsletters, etc.
- Work with tool providers, e-commerce partners, distributors, and third-party operators to diagnose performance drivers and improve sales results
- Develop promotional spend monitoring mechanisms (working with e-commerce partners and third-party operators) The right candidate should have Solid knowledge of marketing communication channels of including digital, content and e-commerce with proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-channel strategies particularly on B2B and B2C sales and e-commerce business experience. At least 7 years of in a strategic media and consumer e-commerce with knowledge of main digital communication activities.
