Act as a key stakeholder for local market organization and provide input from R&D perspective in relation to sales opportunities, project execution, troubleshooting issues in the field, and risk management. Effectively track and communicate project status to cross-functional stakeholders. Build up the SW development team and establish competencies within the team and facilitate transfer of knowledge from Denver team to local team. Work with Product Management and Solution Management on refining business requirements and creating technical requirements, test cases, design specifications and development tasks. Establish ability to support regional market capabilities to deploy complex solutions including automation solution for pharmaceutical environment. Act as the main interface between local team to global technology center and effectively communicate across all levels of management and able to effectively communicate vision and priorities to the local team. Provide guidance and best practices to implementation projects. Work in a global environment across functions, cultures and time zones as a global project team working on a platform product built on a microservice architecture. Managing team performance reviews and career development Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and track record in Software Development, 5 years of which have been in a leadership or management position. Excellent skills in problem solving and communication to all stakeholders (management, engineers, sales, solutions management, customer, etc ). Worked in an Agile Software Development Environment Familiarity with Enterprise frameworks. Experience in either C#, Kotlin, or Java (SE, EE) application design and development experience. Experience with Slack, Confluence, and JIRA. Proven track record of delivering products to customers. Experience in using microservices a plus. Ability to mentor junior engineers. Ability to work across multiple time zones (e.g. USA and Europe). Able to travel internationally.
