» Assist the day to day operations of the HR functions and tasks
» Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
» Manage incoming job applications and coordinate interviews
» Submission of new application and monitoring of work passes for renewal for foreign staff
» Submission and follow up on Singapore Medical Council / Singapore Nursing Board application / transfers
» Update of employees database
» Manage the filing system
» Preparation for new staff on Board
» Administer leaves records
» Any other adhoc tasks as assigned Requirement
» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
» At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
» Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
