Job Description and Requirements: » 1-2 years’ practice with Service Desk Support, Customer Service, and call centre background
» Pick up calls, record down issue, analyst, follow through cases, escalate to next level if not resolve within specified timing
» Must have expertise on MS Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
» Able to use Excel to create business presentation slide in PowerPoint
» Able to work 2 shift (8am to 5.30pm and 12pm to 9.30pm)
» Able to communicate well within Information technology and Operation department
» A good team player
