Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Provide advice and educate Line Managers on HR issues, develop management abilities and providing quality HR services to the accounts
» Act as the key point of contact between HQ and the Line Managers on new HR initiatives, company values, goals and objectives
» Lead the implementation of the organization’s HR strategy to attract potential candidates as well as retain talent in the organization
» Support in the development of training development strategies
» Involve in talent management & succession planning of key accounts
» Analyze HR data to identify gaps and recommend solutions to improving turnover and sickness rate
» Evaluate employee engagement results and recommend action plan to improve performance Job Requirements
» Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management
» At least 5 years in managing HR administration (eg. onboarding, compliance control, employee relations, recruitment)
» Familiar with healthcare / corporate environment on manpower challenges is an added advantage
