Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customer’s queries, appointments and referral of services are answered professionally, in conformity with SingHealth Call Centre telephone standards.
» Provide meticulous administrative support in the Call Centre’s Appointment service section.
» Accountable to the Department’s Key Performance Indicators with the highest service quality and operational standards.
» Follow-up with difficult customer calls, complaints and manages service recovery.
» Feedback customer’s comments or requests to manager for service or process improvement.
Requirements » Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
» Fluent in English and capability to speak Mandarin or other dialects will be an advantage.
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
» significant practice in call centre, healthcare or customer service industry will be an advantage.
» Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal expertise.
