Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
You will be responsible for improving the patient practice at Changi General Hospital and manage the hospital's customer feedback process. You will address feedback from patient, patients' next of kin and members of the public as well as organise award and recognition activities for those who contribute to an excellent patient practice.
Job Requirements: » Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years significant working practice
» Excellent oral and written communication expertise
» Bilingual capability with healthcare practice will be an advantage
