Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Ensure patient samples are collected from clinics assigned to the dispatch rider.
» Ensure that records are properly maintained in sample collection as well as all reports delivered to clinics.
» Maintain a friendly yet professional disposition when interacting with clinic staff.
» Adhere to road safety regulations all over the work-process.
» Provide good quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
» Any other tasks as assigned. Job Requirements
» 5.5 work-week (Mon-Sat), willing to work overtime & on weekends.
» Must possess own motorbike with a valid driving license.
» practiced rider with good driving history record & familiar with Singapore roads.
» Service oriented & good communication expertise.
» Hardworking, polite, honest & punctual.
