Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION You will work closely with referral sources and internal stakeholders on seamless and optimal admission of patients. this function will involve active participation of Pre-Admission Patient Visits (PAPV) and clinical screening of patients prior to admission.
Job responsibilities: » Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams for assessment and acceptance of referred patients
» Ensure timely response to referrals and admission management to achieve optimal bed occupancy
» Update all referral and admission records
» Advise patients on the admission procedure and fees prior to admission
» Attend to urgent referral matters Requirements:
» Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
» Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
» Minimum 3 years of significant practice in healthcare
» Proficient in Microsoft Office
» Good interpersonal and communication expertise
» Singaporeans only
