Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION A*STAR Human Resource (HR) Division’s vision is to develop all staff to their fullest potential and to help them make significant contributions to their department, to the organisation and to Singapore. The HR Division comprises of the Recruitment, Planning, Talent Management, Operations, Capcapability Development and HR Partner departments.
As a member of the Capcapability Development team, your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
» Providing administrative support for learning related activities, which includes verifying training applications, liaising with external training vendors, processing invoices, and working with Finance to effect timely payment of learning related invoices and expenditure.
» Updating of learning records and databases.
» Monitoring utilisation of learning budget and places, and produce reports to update stakeholders on a regular basis.
» Designing collaterals (electronic and printed) to publicise learning activities.
» Housekeep learning administration and management systems at scheduled intervals to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
» Supporting learning events through the planning, coordinating, procuring and setting up of learning resources required for the occasions. Requirements
» At least 2 years of significant HR practice
» Good team player
» Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication expertise
