Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION This position is part of an Administration Team which works as a unit to provide administrative and support functions to the SingHealth Obstetrics and Gynaecology Academic Clinical Program (OBGYN ACP).
Key Responsibilities » Assists to supervise and provide administrative support to ensure fulfillment of all responsibilities necessary to meet the educational KPIs of the SingHealth OBGYN ACP program.
» Assists both Vice-Chair & Deputy Vice-Chair of Education to ensure compliance to requirements in the SingHealth OBGYN ACP program and ensure that the educational programs are of high quality which are conducted in a conducive environment to educate the undergraduates and postgraduates.
» Assists in preparation of annual reports and documents for both Vice-Chair & Deputy Vice-Chair of Education as and when required.
» Assists in the planning and administration of approved funding/budgets from SingHealth/MOH/KKH.
» Provides administrative support to both Vice-Chair & Deputy Vice-Chair of Education including scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas, recording and maintaining of minutes of meetings, development of reports and provision of data to all significant stakeholders.
» Coordinates all social functions for both Vice-Chair & Deputy Vice-Chair of Education.
» Orientates, guides and trains junior administrative personnel.
» Facilitates the resolution of inter-and intra-departmental problems regarding administrative and fiscal matters, develops systems to monitor deadlines and regularly evaluates administrative systems and practices.
