Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Be the first point of escalation in handling customers’ feedback and complaints
» Assist Manager in setting up the new contact centre.
» Manage a team of call centre agents in term of quality check, annual performance appraisal, manpower planning etc.
» Build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
» Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing of statics, everyday performance report etc. Requirements:
» significant practice in call centre setting, preferably healthcare.
» Able to work in fast-paced call centre environment, office hours.
