Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Senior Executive and adjunct Manager, you will provide administrative and finance support to facilitate the smooth running of the Centre’s operations. Your tasks include recording of the Centre’s operational statistics, and processing and reporting of records. You will also assist in service reporting, inventory management and supplies procurement, which involve interactions with clients, colleagues and vendors.

» Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
» Strong analytical expertise with keen attention to detail
» A team player with good communication and writing expertise
» Demonstrates maturity and professionalism, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
