Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION You will be supporting the Functional Screening programme to achieve the overarching population health aims of early detection, timely follow-up and effective intervention. located on their screening results, you will contact and encourage residents to undertake follow-up appointments by explaining the nature and benefits of the recommendation. You will remind residents to attend their appointments before the scheduled date through their preferred mode of contact and reschedule appointments if necessary. You will also contact residents who declined an appointment to understand the situation and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Job Requirements » Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 6 years of working practice
» Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
» Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
» Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
