Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
You will assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the everyday clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.
You will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, and work in collaboration with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
Requirements: » Degree in any discipline
» Passion for planning, analysing and improving operations
» practice in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage
» Possess strong people management expertise
» Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
» Able to multi-task, work long hoursand under pressure
» Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)
*Candidates with significant years of practice could be considered for a senior function.
