Take on the challenge today:
» Strategy - Develop & implement Women’s Health (WH) strategy through specific territory plans with sales teams across the Asia Pacific region.
» Sales Revenues/Budgets - Meet/exceed sales targets by executing plans through the local WH teams. Monitor & manage sales & expense budgets for the assigned regions. Validate prosperous selling channels, processes and opportunities.
» Planning/Forecasting - Develop & monitor annual sales targets, KPIs & revenue forecasts.
» skills - Acquire & maintain product knowledge. Ensure clear knowledge of technologies and validated field practice for WH products & market segments.
» Markets - Drive & initiate development of new business opportunities. Lead national screening projects across the region. Increase number of strategic partnerships with KOLs & stakeholders. Develop & execute lobbying strategies to drive support for new standardsof care & gain policy/funding commitments. Monitor market dynamics & trends.
» Product Development - Collaborate with global product managers & participate in the product development process to meet respective country’s public health needs in the region.
Position Requirements: » Scientific Master or PhD degree.
» Minimum 5 to 8 years of market development practice, preferably in Women Health’s business. Sales background will be a plus.
» Strong business development background with proven capability to bring products to new markets.
» A thorough working knowledge of Women Health’s market & trends in Asia Pacific region with a good network of key customers, KOLs and Scientists.
