Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Handle staff level recruitment and on-boarding, supporting function like Finance, QS, Safety, etc.
» Implement HR processes, policy writing, review HR handbook.
» Well versed in Singapore Employment Act.
» Prepare, review and propose staff compensation & benefits.
» Assist in staff overseas secondment posting preparation.
» Other staff matters.
» 5-day work week (required to work one half-day on Saturday; approximately once in 2 months).
» Working hours for Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
» Working hours for Saturdays: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
» Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
» Candidate must have at least 6 years’ practice in full spectrum of HR tasks.
» Candidate must be strong in HR policy writing and possess good expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
