Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The functional functions of the Product Engineer is to ensure the success implementation of the product from customer requirement till implementation. The designated functions also required post service support when necessary
» knowledge of the different components used to build the kiosks and where they are located
» Communicating with suppliers, customers and colleagues to accurately and timely complete orders
» Preparing jobs by studying assembly instructions, order details, gather parts and documentation
» Building computers from the bottom up to correct specifications with the right components.
» Assembling the kiosks and cable management
» Performing quality checks and doing functional testing of any inconsistencies or errors
» Preparing the kiosk for delivery
» Conducts inspection of the completed build for accuracy and quality
» Completing documentation of product related to the project
» Keeping a clean, organized workspace

» Must have great attention to detail
» Be able to accurately follow directions
» Outstanding communications expertise – both written and verbal
» Be capable of problem solving
» Have a basic knowledge of basic mechanical or/and electrical applications
» Have a basic knowledge of computer hardware/software
» Have practice and be comfortable with hand tools
» capability to read and take measurements
» Preferable with some CAD/CAM practice Qualifications
» Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
» capability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and multitasking expertise.
» Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
