Job Description - Registration of patient’s visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter
- Billing enquiries and cashiering tasks
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations
- Assist in preparing clinic reports
- contact with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters
- Assist in counter closing
Requirements - Diploma in any discipline/ GCE A Levels/ O Levels / Higher Nitec in Business Studies / Nitec in Service expertise
- Customer service or Healthcare practice will be advantageous
- Candidates who is able to speak Mandarin to contact with Chinese patients is an advantage
