JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Answering of phone calls
» Welcoming and directing guest and visitors to the right person-in-charge
» Office administration
» Arrangement of everyday transport to ferry employees to our oversea office
» Process weekly staff reimbursement / claim for transport milege and medical bills
» Maintain the issuance of TMS access cards and copier machine access
» Arrangement of service and maintenance for all equipment
» Control and monitor door access (hardware) system and security system (CCTV)
» Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
» Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management ?Job Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
