Job Description - Day to day administrative work support which include processing of web orders
- Provide receptionist duties which include attending to incoming phone calls, visitors, door sales
- Admin stock management, preparation of door sales report
- Procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies
- Arrange for courier service, registered mail
- To assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- To assist in data entry and process invoices
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
