Job Description:

- Provide sales administrative support to the sales team- Compile sales activities reports and presentation materials- To develop new accounts and build strong rapport with clients to achieve monthly targets- Responsible for advertisement traffic for all publications, and rates calculation- Work with other departments on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met- Other administrative and operational related issues- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

- Min Diploma / Degree Holders with 2 years of relevant Sales working experience- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills working in an international environment- Well-organized, resourceful and outgoing personality- Ability in handling multiple projects, co-ordination, meeting tight deadlines and organization- A strong team player that can also work fairly independently, with excellent management skills- Meticulous, has initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Japanese speaker to liaise with Japanese customers

Compensation:

- Sales Incentive - Bonus (Applicable for the staff working more than one year only)
