Seeking a candidate for the position of Research Assistant in the Semiconductor & Emerging Electronic Devices Exploratory Research group. The main role of this position is to conduct research in the area of spintronic circuit design. The candidate is expected to help in the development of simulation models for spintronic devices, and design circuits and hardware architectures that use spintronic devices. The candidate can expect to be publishing high quality papers in high-impact peer reviewed journals and participating in research conferences and workshops.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics or Applied Mathematics
Familiar with design of analog and digital circuits
Familiar with commercial grade circuit design tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys HSPICE, etc.)
Entry level graduates and graduates with up to three years of experience are highly encouraged to apply
