Bank of Singapore is looking for BA to be the custodian of all the design and Solutioning work for all portfolio management related projects, including reviewing, analyzing business requirement, solution design & validation and SIT/UAT coordination. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Elicit requirements, prioritize and analyze requests, design functional solutions and workflows, write and review business requirement and/or functional specifications; Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; Understand, identify and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results. Work with technical lead on the technical solutions design and Project manager on the project scope, delivery plan and testing plan; Work with IS and vendor to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliances to Bank's standards, policies and guidelines Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively Provide SME support to extended IT teams such as core banking, credit and digital team; Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions; Requirements: Graduated from well-known university with IT related subjects; Have been business analyst in banking domain for 5-10 year with in-depth expertise in the portfolio management, including performance calculation; General knowledge about private banking and different type of financial products; Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills required to liaise with other subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to problem solving issues or generating ideas; Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required; team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently; Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects; Understanding of technology and development lifecycle.
