Prepare monthly reports and reports for employee records to communicate and disseminate information to support the identification, development and delivery of training programs.
Perform L&D administration activities which may include updating calendars, budgets, processing confirmations and invoices to support the delivery of L&D programs, curriculum, modules and courses.
Prepare course and administrative materials (e.g. venue detail, participants lists, brochures) and provide input of new approaches, policies and procedures to facilitate L&D program delivery and effect continual improvements;
Attributes:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Training and Development and/or Adult Learning.
May have experience in a learning and development role and/or fundamental knowledge of adult education principles, instructional design, curriculum development and delivery and program documentation.
Problem solving, technical (e.g. database management, desktop publishing skills) and analytical skills for the preparation of reports and processing of administration tasks.
Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
