The role of Citrix Engineer is to perform Implementation,Management and Administration of Citrix Platform and Supportive tools, asdefined by the respective MSA; in accordance with Service Levels and theclient’s policies.·Provide customer-facing product engineeringsupport for Citrix·Align or enhance ITSM/ITIL methodologies indaily operations e.g. Change, Incident, problem, release management & CMDB·Respond promptly to incident, root causeanalysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidentsescalated·Configuration and Troubleshooting of Roamingand Mandatory profile, Installing, Configuring, Monitoring and MaintainingTS/RDS, Deployment and Migration control·Manage and monitor Citrix license, InstallCitrix Xenapp/Web interface/CSG servers, ·Apply service packs/hot fixes/patches forCitrix servers, Citrix user account administration, creation and access rights,Citrix group account administration, Xenapp SQL server administration, Deployand apply Citrix and test script·Create/Maintain/ Troubleshoot Isolationenvironment, Publish and Unpublish DR applications during and after DR Drills,Managing/Troubleshooting/performance tuning of Published applications·Monitor and Manage users status,Configure/Maintain/Tweak Citrix Load balancing, Printer Management,Configure/Maintain resource manager, Evaluate and co-ordinate majorupgrades, reviewing servers/diskspace/performance reports, Verify server communication resolve warning/erroralerts, review time synchronisation/authentication reports, verify all Citrixservers are running same patch level and hot fixes·Work Experience 1 + Year Citrix MPS/XenappArchitecture and Support·Citrix server building, Configure andTroubleshoot TS/RDS and User profiles·Deployment, Application publishing andSecurity hardening·Basic MSSQL and networking knowledge·ITIL v3 (optional)Please sendyour updated resume / refer your friends to
