Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The incumbent will assist the SoC Office of Undergraduate Studies in terms of the administration of spectrum of activities related to the academic practice of our undergraduate students as well as non-graduating exchange and non exchange students. The candidate will handle the followings:
» Assist Vice Dean and Deputy Director on undergraduate admissions matters (scholarships and aptitude located admission interviews)
» Provide administrative support to departmental curriculum chairs
» Administrative support on various concurrent/double degree programmes with partnering faculties/universities
» Module Registration and Examination matters (exam logistics and scheduling)
» Undergraduate Research Opportunities Programme/Project Modules Matters
» Events Management (Undergraduate Research Day, Orbital Programme, Commencement, Course Briefings etc.)
» SoC Mentorship Scheme
» Perform other administrative tasks, and/or participate in regular and ad-hoc projects, as may be assigned by the Office
Requirements » Good Diploma or University degree
» At least 2 years of practice
» expertise and practice in education programmes is an advantage
» Competent in MS Office software, Campus Solution and web publishing software
» Good interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities skills
