Manage a portfolio of customer accounts under the LEARN Tenancy model as well as building customer relations with public sector organizations
Serve as the primary interface between the LEARN tenants and CSC's expanded content services
Conduct preliminary needs analyses, and work with internal teams to recommend suitable solutions
Collate and analyze customer information, feedback and statistics to identify and manage customers' training and development needs and expectations
Spearhead agency engagement strategies to seek and develop opportunities for collaboration
License Management
Provide administrative support for LEARN
Responsible for full spectrum of CSC courses on LEARN administration including
Registration of participants for LEARN courses
Updating of Training Administration System
Timely invoicing to customers
Provide timely billing of participants
Manage database system for LEARN licenses
Responsible for full spectrum of LEARN account and license management, including but not limited to, the timely creation, removal of accounts and updating of account details
Monitor and ensure timely billing for LEARN account subscriptions
Compile statistics and conduct data analysis for business performance tracking and decision-making
Manage customer-facing communication channels such as emails and phones on queries relating to LEARN and work with corporate units to provide appropriate and timely response and follow ups
Ensure timely logging of issues to central system
Assist in documenting policy and processes pertaining to LEARN administration
Content Marketing
Brand CSC's digital content products
Design, develop publicity plans to promote CSC's digital learning products and service offerings to the public service
Develop and implement content marketing and communications strategies to position CSC's digital content
To create awareness and build strong customer retention through effective publicity interventions
Undertake marketing functions such as developing and sending publicity emailers on LEARN content and related publishing matters
Drive and/or be involved in one or more of the following portfolios:
Social Media Engagement
Copywriting and Editing
Media Monitoring and Engagement
Systems Improvements and Maintenance for LEARN
Monitor LEARN courses and feedback to provide insights for the content development stack
Requirements
At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in business development, corporate relations, or sales and marketing
Good interpersonal communication skills
Customer-oriented and resourceful
Good analytical and data preparatory skills
Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
High energy level and commitment as well as ability to deliver quickly
Strong business acumen
Good understanding of digital business and/or training and development
Strong knowledge in web analytics
