Job Description You will investigate and report Serious Reportable Events to internal stakeholders as well as Ministry of Health. You will identify patient safety matters and risks through various methods such as clinical incident reporting, real- time observational audits, analysis of clinical quality indicators, and conduct investigations and make recommendations with stakeholders. You will facilitate clinical quality improvement activities to address system and process gaps, provide administrative support for clinical quality and patient safety programs as well as prepare reports for management reporting. In addition, you will organise patient safety forums and educational platforms to promote a safe working culture in the hospital.
Job Requirements - Degree in Nursing or Science-related fields
- Experience in Patient Safety areas will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
