Job Description Merchandising Assistant (Part-time Internship)
Mission of the Department: To ensure a high performing WWF Office with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff, and strong financial resources, delivering corporate responsibility partnerships and fundraising for WWF’s priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of the WWF’s global network.
Major Functions: Assist in end-to-end of merchandise & event management
Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Event preparation
- Event briefings to volunteers
- Storage + Store Room Management
- Merchandise Stock Management
- Monthly Merchandise Stocktakes & Reports
- Event Setups + Teardown Support
- Aiding in Event logistics
- Online sales fulfilment
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Perform other appropriate duties upon request
Requirements: - Undergraduate students/ Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business management or other related fieldhuman resources
