Responsibilities You will be assisting the Manufacturing and Engineering Division in the scheduling of meetings and events to Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external parties. You will also support officers with trip logistics and administration (e.g. engaging vendors to settle claims and trip preparation, settling trip claims and expenses, booking flight tickets). In addition, you may be tasked to assist with other administrative matters including project tracking, report compilation, budget management, research and analysis, and so on.
Requirements The candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent and be proficient in MS Office. You must be independent, meticulous, self-driven and have a strong customer-oriented mind-set. At times, you may be required to multi-task and manage more than one project concurrently while keeping to the service standards.
Candidates with experience in external customer-facing roles, good written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of business concepts and operations (preferably in the Manufacturing and Engineering sector) would have an advantage.
