Develops the Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) infrastructure (process, system, user experience, etc) to enable for robust management and delivery of BPR strategies and initiatives for both internal and external customers.
Be the focal point & lead for all BPR related activities.
Analyzes business and stakeholder needs, priorities, requirements, and make recommendations on how to apply best practices and methodologies to address priorities, policies, procedures, and improvement opportunities for better results.
Works closely with End-to-End Process Team to deliver quality and value-added services to the business.
Responsible for BPR Project Management, Deliverables and Timeline for internal customers.
Partners with BPRO team in Business Unit(s) to deliver Security+ Solution for External Customers
Manages and collaborate with external service providers / vendors.
Monitors key performance indicators on a consistent basis with dashboard established
Explores Best Practices to business.
Requirements
Bachelor's of Science in Business Process Re-Engineering, Technology Management or Quality related field is preferred.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in managing multiple projects with varying levels of management responsibilities and complexity.
Must have in-depth functional knowledge and management experience with End-to-End Processes
Experience and exposure to Lean Six Sigma and ISO system will be an added advantage.
Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing organizational goals.
Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
