JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure SMRT Premises at various Depots / Interchanges / Unmanned Terminals / Manned Terminals are keep in good condition.
Liaise with zonal and contractor on the rectification work including day to day operation.
To carry out periodic inspection on the premises.
To provide advice / support to Road Staff on facilities issues.
To respond to urgent / emergency breakdown during and after office hours.
Administration of Safety compliance (Eg. RA, MOS, etc) and Permit-To-Work.
Represent facilities department to attend safety meeting, Union meeting and etc.
Involved in audits conduct by Authorities (Eg. LTA, etc).
Manage project work such as renovations.

Requirements

You should possess a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering / Facilities Management with at least 2 years of working experience.
Facilities management experience will be advantageous.
Entry level candidates with a keen interest to work in the transportation industry are welcome to apply.
