Responsibilities As a social media specialist, your role is to help the Ministry explain complex transport policies to the public and other stakeholder groups, through the use of various social media platforms. Primary responsibilities include working with various external and internal stakeholders to plan and develop good quality multimedia (photo, video, infographics, etc) content for social media, managing posts and responding to online feedback. You should also have a keen interest in social media, and be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Requirements You should be a Singapore citizen and have at least 4 years of relevant training and/or working experience in digital and marketing communications. Other skillsets required include the ability to produce creative content such as simple videos, photos, infographics, etc, and hands on experience in content management. You should have a good knowledge of SEO, Google analytics and Facebook insights, to
assess the effectiveness of our social media content and campaigns. You should also have excellent written, spoken communications and presentation skills. In addition, meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task, work as a team and work well under tight deadlines.
