Key Responsibilities As a Client Assets Control Group Oversight and Test Specialist your responsibilities will be,
- Enhancing and developing the testing strategy for the Global Client Asset Programmer
- Conducting trend analysis and providing risk based heatmaps and reporting to relevant governance committees
- Executing deep dive risk and control reviews and monitoring across operational processes which impact Client Asset Compliance
- Reporting and escalation of incidents identified and management of resolution
- Maintaining the client asset controls inventory and end to end process flows
- Chairing the testing and monitoring meeting with key stakeholders
- Tracking and closing actions that occur as a result of crystalized incidents.
Require Skills
- Background in Operational Risk / Quality Assurance Testing and/or Deep Dive Control Reviews
- Knowledge of Client Asset protection regulations desired
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Energy and drive; able to take personal ownership for delivering superior service to internal clients, demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Ability to influence outside of direct team to facilitate changes to controls and processes that impact regulatory environment
- Excellent Organisational & Multi-tasking skills to support client asset risk assessments, ability to work within an environment of changing priorities
- Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate to all levels of employees and present data according to the audience
- General knowledge across investment bank operations product processes and the associated control environment.
