Responsibilities We are looking for Senior / Executive who will be supporting and working with Sports Development team to carry out the responsibilities as follows:
- To develop content necessary for programmes and products targeted at designated segment groups.
- To develop programmes including conceptualising, executing and operationalising them for the various segments
- To be the gatekeeper for ActiveSG programmes, evaluating the programmes and the coaches/instructors to ensure quality
- To liaise with the assigned Club Operations Team, providing regular updates of new offerings, conduct new programme training as well as understanding the needs of the Club Operations Team to make recommendations on programmes execution
- To be domain expert in assigned sport taskforce, providing inputs and realising the end objectives through its implementation
- To support team members to collaborate with multiple external partners to realise plans and initiatives for designated segments
- Work with other divisions within SportSG to fulfill shared objectives and KPIs
Requirements The ideal candidate should possess the following; - Experience in programme development preferably in Sports / Physical activity
- Event Management is highly advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and build rapport with stakeholders/partners
- Strong team player with a passion for sport
