Our client is a reputable A1 main-contractor that is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team and to expand the business' portfolio.
The position will oversee the construction process and progress of our client's waste-to-energy project. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced team of construction experts.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of technical staff in execution of daily operations & liaise effectively with relevant authorities
- Responsible for regular reports to lead consultant and upper management
- Responsible for day-to-day success of project execution
- Sets quality benchmarks with the consultant and client team
- Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Conduct risk management and value engineering studies
- Responsible for achieving goals of quality time and cost
- Manages the construction process on site
- Oversee all health safety environmental checks, reports and incidents
Requirements
- 20 years of construction experience with at least 1 full cycle Waste-To-Energy plant project
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
